Sometimes, it's not possible to pay for things with a debit or credit card. So, we offer the option to pay via invoice and bank transfer, but you need to know that this may cost more and take longer to process.
If you want to pay via an invoice, there is a process that will need to be followed:
If you know which of our products you want to purchase, you can email us directly info@jumoo.co.uk and ask for a quote. We will generate this and send it over to you.
Often your company will require our company details and bank information before processing any invoice or payment, and we can supply this on request.
Once we have your details and know what you want to buy, we will send over an invoice.
We will then await payment based on the invoice. Please note this can often take some time while finance departments and what-not process the invoice. Our standard invoice stipulates 30 days for payment, but we will issue licences whenever payment is received.
We can issue a temporary licence, if you need it, to cover the payment period, and then issue the permanent licence when the transaction is complete.
Upon receipt of payment, we will issue the licence for the software. We cannot issue the licence until we know what domain / website URL the software will run on, as many of our licences are restricted to a domain or set of domains. We will ask this during the purchasing process.
Processing quotes, invoices and bank payments is a manual task, and to cover this we have to charge an additional fee when purchases are made this way. What we charge will depend on what type of client is buying our software
When a sale is direct to someone who will be using the software to build their website(s), a standard charge of £55 will be applied to any invoice.
If you have to purchase your software via a software reseller, we are truly sorry for you, but due to the nature of our interactions with resellers, the processing costs are often higher than when we deal directly with the client.
Depending on how a reseller is set up with us they will either be charged an A or B reseller fee.
Of course, nothing stops your reseller from buying the software via our website and passing on the licences to you. In that instance, there is no additional processing cost, and they will be charged our standard fee.
We do not offer reseller discounts.
