This is the v16 release of translation manager to support the v16 version of Umbraco.

This version no longer multi-targets old STS releases of Umbraco, and as such all development and non-security updates will now only happen on the latest STS release of this package until the v17 release in november.

What's new.

• async all the things - All methods (where practical) are now async,
• updates to latest Jumoo.Processing have improved UI messaging across the board.
• Ability to send approvals to the background so you don't have to wait around. ( changes in internal architecture have allowed us to potentially use the background threads for all/most processes in the future)
• UI Updates across all screens to improve layout and actions, makeing it a little less messy.
