This is a patch release of uSync.Complete for Umbraco v13 it updates the uSync dependency to v13.3.2 and adds some extra logic so 3rd party sync managers can specifify section access requirements for pushing content.

in English, along with updates to uSync.Forms it fixes the issues where users required settings section access to push and pull forms, now uSync forms can (and does) tell the uSync.Publisher that forms section access is required to push and pull the forms directly.
